6. Refund Policy
LegalOnea maintains a comprehensive approach to refunds based on the type of offering:
- Services: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full reimbursement of fees paid, applied via the original payment method. Cancellations within 72 hours are not refundable due to resource allocation. If a service session has commenced, no reimbursement will be provided. Instead, you may request a transfer of the session to a future date at least 3 business days prior.
- Information Products: Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and prior to any download or access to the digital content. After any access or after the 7-day period, no reimbursement is available due to the immediate nature of digital delivery. Unused credits may be applied toward other digital offerings.
- Goods: You may return unopened goods within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be sent to our address and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method. Opened or used physical materials are not eligible for return due to hygiene and confidentiality considerations.
7. Service Transfers and Modifications
You may request to transfer a scheduled service to a future date by contacting us at least 3 business days before the appointment. Fees paid will be applied to the rescheduled date. Services already delivered may not be transferred or modified.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuwait City.
